I had been searching for an occasional guest bed which would not take up much room in what otherwise was my exercise room and could find nothing suitable – until I came upon Sofabed Specialists.  They offered a choice of ottomans which I had not seen elsewhere and which suited my needs perfectly.  I called to see if there was a chance to receive it in time for my visitors and Melissa went out of her way to take down details, call the freight company and get back to me to confirm it could be done.  The whole process was easy and painless.  The ottoman arrived exactly on time by very helpful delivery men who took it upstairs for me.  The colour of the ottoman is even nicer than in the image and the unit is perfect. It is well made, cleverly has the thicker mattress just where the body lies, with thinner parts under the head and legs and I was easily able to transform it into a queen sized bed and back with no help or difficulty.  I added a topper to be on the safe side and my guests said it was comfortable.  Probably not suitable for long term use, but perfect for a few nights.  I was very impressed with the company’s performance and product.  Could not have wanted better.
